Our door-to-door outreach seeks medically underserved women, but sometimes finds women who do receive annual screening. Just five months overdue for her annual mammogram, our former clinic manager was outreached at her home. A busy nursing student and mother, she scheduled a routine mammogram and was diagnosed with breast cancer.  Looking towards her future and now undergoing treatment, our client, former employee, and friend has credited our outreach program for her early diagnosis.
